- Workshops and Events:
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3–6 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable. - Consulting Services:
If you are unsatisfied with a consulting session, please contact us within 48 hours of the session. Refunds or credits may be issued on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the service and the circumstances. - Digital Products & Materials:
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of e-books, downloadable resources, and online materials are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. - How to Request a Refund:
